Maintaining clean floors with minimal environmental impact doesn’t have to be an either/or proposition. The EcoFlex System on Advance scrubbers lets you decide the performance that meets your standards for green cleaning and the cleanliness of floors. Here’s how:
 
Automatic detergent measuring lets you select the detergent dilution ratio that works best on your floors. Use any detergent (including green-certified) or clean with water-only for routine cleaning with the greenest results. Detergent cartridges are easy to change, and you can adjust the dilution ratio at any time to increase or decrease detergent strength.

Onboard detergent dispensing minimizes waste by dispensing water and detergent separately just as solution is applied to the floor. Only clean water is used in the solution tank, so there’s no unused detergent when you finish cleaning or change detergents. And whether you use detergents or water-only, scrubbers with the EcoFlex System use 70 percent less water than other scrubbers.
 
A “burst of power” button temporarily increases the dilution ratio, flow rate and brush pressure for 60 seconds of serious scrubbing on heavily-soiled areas. Instead of changing machines or “double-scrubbing,” a single button provides the increased performance needed for high-traffic areas such as entry ways. Or, engage the “burst of power” for as long as you’d like for a deep, lasting clean that extends cleaning cycles.


Flexible cleaning

With greater equipment flexibility, you can choose a number of cleaning modes and develop a routine that meets your goals for cleanliness, green cleaning and controlling costs.
 
Water-only mode eliminates the cost and environmental impact of detergents. Occasional cleaning with no detergent is perfect for cutting the cost and environmental impact of detergents and it helps restore floors by removing residual detergent residue.
 
Low detergent, low-flow mode offers just enough scrubbing performance for normal cleaning on moderately-soiled floors. Using a green-certified detergent on a low dilution, low-flow setting helps break the surface tension of water, provides lubricity to blades and brushes and leaves a light “just cleaned” scent with minimal impact to the environment.
 
Deep cleaning mode provides a deep, lasting clean that allows for less intensive cleaning during routine maintenance. Periodic deep cleaning with an increased flow rate and a stronger detergent and dilution ratio removes embedded dirt from floors – even on grout and porous surface types.
